A clinic can hand each client a standard Bluetooth pulse armband (around $25) and run sessions on several laptops at once, with no USB cables to manage. Armbands that send beat-to-beat intervals will support full HRV; heart-rate-only devices will use a breath-swing measure instead. Support is in development.
